Central Oregon Project Connect is a one-day event that offers vital services to those in Central Oregon who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to make ends meet. Project Connect takes place on Saturday, September 24th, 2011 at the Hooker Creek Event Arena at the Redmond Fairgrounds.
