Our software database has a lot of great features that will be an asset to your organization, giving you such capabilities as:
• Creating a customized agency profile on our website
• Posting both your one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities
• Recruiting for your new Board members or interns
• Posting items for In-Kind Donations
• Tracking volunteer referrals and hours
Our volunteer center services can offer you other benefits such as:
• Optional Volunteer Management Trainings (upcoming trainings in July & August)
• Hosting a volunteer project in our Day of Service Events (such as MLK Day)
• A table at our community volunteer fairs (upcoming event in Redmond, 8/30)
• Participation in our celebration events
WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS? :
• Volunteer Connect partners with non-profit, registered 501 c 3 organizations, as well as schools and government agencies.
• Volunteer Connect asks that partner organizations contribute an annual $50 fee, which includes everything listed above.
• Community organizations are still responsible for screening, interviewing, and placing the volunteers.

READY TO GET STARTED? SET UP YOUR PROFILE TODAY! :
• Once you have made contact with a Volunteer Connect staff member, the next step will be to set up your agency profile.
• First, visit our website and click “Need Volunteers?” on the homepage
• Please make sure that cookies have been enabled on your browser (Safari and Firefox are usually already enabled).
• Then follow the instructions to create your agency profile

You will need the following information when you sign up:
- Primary agency contact's up-to-date email, phone number and address
- A password for your agency to later update their information
- Agency's Mission statement
- Paragraph describing agency's services
- Contact person's name, phone and address for each listing (can be different from primary contact person)
- Titles of volunteer positions that you are ready to list, with descriptions and dates (where applicable)Logo (optional). Must be less than 50KB in .jpg or .gif format
